I have naturally very oily eyelids, and this definitely cut the oil, but also made my eye area flaky and sucked all the moisture out, making my eyes look dry, older than I am, and saggy. I splurged a little and bought this tiny eye serum and WOW- nothing has ever gotten rid of my under eye bags like this did. When I ran out, I bought the ordinary caffeine under eye serum and they came back. If you have dark circles and bags this will really help.
