Too good to be true
I really wanted to love this product. However, this particular lip balm drys the life out of my lips!! With all the heat and wind good ol' California has been having, the wind makes it worse. Once it's dry and settled into my lips, it feels tight and dehydrated. I have been testing this for a month ...

Big fan of this chap stick. Got it on vacation in hawaii where the heat and uv rays was intense. Got through the vacay with no sun burns! Im a big fan of coconut so didnt think the taste was bad as other have complained of. Tasted tropical to me. Even after my vacation i have been using this daily! First chapstick I have ever run out of and need to replace

"But, its lip balm! You arent supposed to TASTE them!" I know that, but mine came slightly melted, and unfortunately it would seep through my lips and i would be able to taste it. They smell wonderful and work great but the taste is just so bad! :(
Tastes awful.
This thing has the worst sunscreen aftertaste I've ever encountered on a spf lip balm. Neither the Burt's Bees nor Jack Black spf lip balms I've used have any kind of aftertaste. It was promising because it did smell great and the initial taste was that of watermelon, but good god that aftertaste. I had to wipe it off and toss it. Nasty nasty NASTY.
One of the better SPF lip balms!
Usually when I see SPF lipbalms like this one, I tend to look elsewhere. But with some of the reviews! I decided to give it a shot. Ended up with the kiwi and overall? It works well! Only downside is if you ever apply too much or tend to lick your lips frequently— due to this being SPF, it leaves a rather odd and tingly feeling in your mouth and even throat.

SunBum chapstick is the only brand I use. It is long lasting, smells and tastes great too! It doesn't cake up, and glides on smoothly. It's the BEST!
