If I could give FRESH zero stars I would. I never received my order because it was damaged and sent back to the sender. Customer service was useless and never resolved the issue. I don't get my money back or a replacement. I will NEVER order from here again and I encourage you to look elsewhere too. Completely disappointed.

Horrible. How is it possible that a lip balm for advanced therapy could actually make your lips drier? I bought this balm two days ago because I wanted to add more hydration to my lips as I am aging. Since using, I've gone from normal lips to very dry, peeling lips. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Anyone who says that this product works is lying. Period.

Very disappointed in the quality of those, that I bought in Dec 2025, since I didn't know they have changed the formula to the worst and Fresh didnt announced that... Now it's no melting AND no moisture on your lips after applying it even dries your lips more, just reminding cheap lip blam for 2.99 usd.... very disappointed No more buying these balms for me, wasted $ on it as well as cannot return as I tried them all already... Formula has change completely for the worst! I was this brand buyer for mayn years, not any more... feels like cheaping out on quality to make more profits, but charging the same moneys for the cheaper version of ingridients..... Before was buying all times those lipsticks, not any more. Do not recommend it.
