I love this color so much. But the lipstick tastes off, like it's gone bad. It doesn't taste the same as it used to. And it took way too long to arrive. I should've just left my house and bought it at a store. But the last two I've bought have tasted off. So I think there's either a new formula, or you're selling rancid inventory

I have been using Fresh Sugar lip treatment for 8 or 9 years. While it feels the same, there's no longer an SPF!! This makes for an expensive lip balm with no added protection. Still in the same case and price - Don't be fooled!
Ugly 'berry' color:(
The color of the packaging is so beautiful! Its like a WOW berry tone. Unfortunately the color of the product leaves much to be desired. It's like berry mixed with brown! I couldn't get past it. I didn't even want to try it on! I've wanted to try this product for years but just never got around to purchasing it. What a huge disappointment!
They changed it
Furst of all, let me say thus has been the ONLY lip product I gave used for at keast 15 years! I loved it! This used to be a wonderful creamy lip balm that left my lips moisturized and soft. Well, NOT ANYMORE! They have changed the formula or they are using inferior ingredients. This lip balm is dry and grainy! At first I thought I got a bad tube, so I bought a second one, still awfull! Both so dry and hard and NOT NOURISHING AT ALL! Waste of money! I'll be looking for a new go to!
