Skin Color: Fair with slight pink undertones. Skin Type: Fall/Winter: Normal to Dry Spring/Summer: Normal to Combo Skin Problems: Slight discoloration, redness, dark circles. I picked this up because I was tired of trying to find the "perfect foundation" to make my skin flawless when flawless is not real. The product self adjusts to your skin color from the heat of your hands. I found the best way to apply this is with my hands using a sweeping motion. I find this is the best way to get the product everywhere and for the color to adjust the best. It applies smoothly and evenly. The finish is a natural matte and seems to stay that way for me for 8 hour at least. You can actually layer this to get a bit more coverage. This product evens out my skin tone and covers minor imperfections. I can go over problem areas with a couple coats, like my dark circles and get decent coverage. It's not going to mask things it just blurs them and looks like your skin but better. The cons are it lacks sunscreen but I apply a moisturizer with sunscreen in it prior to putting this on so it really doesn't bother me. I would also strongly suggest staying away from the Light Shade. I picked up that one because they were out of the Fair shade and it turned straight up oompalumpa orange on me. If you are light, opt for the Fair shade it will adjust to you and you can always put some bronzer on if it's too light. I would suggest this product if you like your skin but want it to look better.
What has happened to this product? I've used this BB cream for the last three or four years - always in the "Fair" shade. My last two purchases were labeled "Fair" with the French word beside it with a slightly different look to the tube. The product was quite runny out of the tube. When I applied "Fair", it came out much darker with a slight orange tinge to it. With the previous product, "Fair" has been perfect. I don't want to find a different brand of BB cream but if L'Oreal has changed their's, I'll have no choice. I've read other complaints about this and the response has always been, "We're sorry you had this experience" with no explanation. I'm sorry too! Did you change the product or not? Please let the consumers know because something isn't right.

Had to really work it around to blend. Also very difficult to remove. Had to scrub multiple times with cleanser and washcloth. Left a tough residue. Will follow up with a mask to get it out of my pores.

I've been looking for something that I can throw on that was quick and still gives me coverage. It initially comes out white but once the oxidation process starts, the coverage was perfect! It's not a full coverage look, but way better than a powder. This is perfect for days when you don't want to waste time on putting on a full face, running errands etc. I wish it came in a bigger sizes. It left my skin looking glowing. It feel very lightweight, and it doesn't seem to rub off easy (like if your wiping your mouth after eating). I got mine in the shade medium. Will definitely be purchasing this product in the future.

I love this product and would buy it again! I have oily skin and this feels lightweight on my face and the Medium shade is perfect. I wear it all the time and it gives great coverage.

This product didn't cover the way I thought it would as seen on so many videos I was somewhat disappointed.

I bought this because of TikTok. I really don't need/want full coverage anyway and was in the market for a new bb cream. I usually use Bareminerals powder foundation and just used up my Smashbox Halo bb cream. Smashbox has really nice shades but it feels too oily/heavy to me. Fast forward to this product.. I love how light it feels. It feels like I just have moisturizer on. I wear it everyday, in the gym, and I don't need a setting powder like I do with Smashbox. The only con I see is that it does seem to oxidize over time. I have a yellow undertone and I wish this wasn't so cool/neutral. If you are a medium to dark skin tone with cool undertones this product is for you. It's so much cheaper too so you don't have anything to lose really.

I am a L'ORÉAL fan, so this hurts me to give such a poor review. I know makeup use and preference depends on who is using it … one person may love a product and it works well for them while another person can be the opposite…. but this was not great at all. I will usually give several chances to work with a product, see other ways to use/apply, or even with another product in combo before I fully give it a "nope". I had tried it twice (with no other products on my skin to see how the color wore ) and I was so shocked at not only the awful feel on my skin but the crazy orange color the light shade gave when it was worked in. This is possibly more orange than Jersey Shore "GTL" days. How did it go from super white to super orange? And almost streaky even after I was trying to work in my skin. Light and then generous amounts. I do not have dry, sensitive, or acne prone skin. I don't know if it was a bad bottle, but I found a few other reviews that said the same turning to Oompa Loompa orange. Sorry L'ORÉAL :( I will be returning.

NOT FOR SENSITIVE SKIN!!! I have eczema and an employee suggested this and said it's great(might have been for her) but I used it for the first time and immediately felt intense burning and my face is red and hot…. Ugh I'm miserable! If you have sensitive skin BE CAREFUL!

Just bad. Bought this and the green anti-redness one and both are so orange on me. I never buy Loreal products and don't think I will again any time soon. I got it because everyone was giving good reviews, but clearly, this was not tested on super fair skin.

So I noticed everyone who has bought the lighter shades have had a bad review. I am medium so I got the medium one and it blends sooo well with my skin. I had tried the maybelline one in medium and it was too light. But this one has worked perfectly for me. I use it by itself and makes my skin look almost flawless without looking like I have makeup on.

I've been using the product every day for a few years now and I love it. I sweat at my job so I can't wear full makeup but feel like I need a little something on mu face. I rub this on my face with my hands every morning and it just lightly evens out my skin tone but looking like I'm wearing anything. I definitely wouldn't call this a foundation but I love it for a simple every day wear.

I am a fair red head and this did not work for me. It left and orange tint and totally didn't blend at all, no matter how hard I tried. I'll be sticking with the Maybelline BB cream. I was bummed because I love the L'oreal Brand, but this just didn't work.

I was really excited to try this. I'm very light skinned and instantly I was orange. terrible!

Wanna look straight out of the Willy wonka chocolate factory? Do you think the color of a carrot is stunning? Do you look at a basketball and dream of looking like that? Then this is the bb cream for you. Looks TERRIBLE it's soooo orange and unnatural. Save your time and get the maybelline bb cream it's a billion times better

I've tried both light and fair and both immediately turn orange on my skin. you are better off just wearing concealer that matches your skin tone if you want a light makeup look.

I was surprised st how well it looks and feels on my face. I read other reviews and almost returned it but I'm so glad I didn't. I have a healthy glow that makes my face look healthy and glowing. There is no orange look like the other reviews stated and I bought the fair shade as I'm a light blonde and a little goes a long way. I highly recommend this and I use a under eye cream and a moisturizer first and then the bb cream. Try it as I really think you will like it.

I was looking for bb cream to wear while I am in Hawaii. I tried this one out and it was awful it clumped up while I was putting it on then it oxidized and I looked bright orange like I had a bad spray tan. I returned and I am still on the hunt for a good bb cream

I used this product some time ago and thought I might go back to it for light coverage. Something is different and it isn't good. It's going back.
Cat from Colorado
It does have an "orange tint" to it but I got a lighter shade and it was perfect! I love the way it makes my skin look!
Kara from West Virginia
No. Just No. I got shade fair and it was straight up orange.

I'm 46 and due to working from home I didn't want to use foundation every day. At the same time, I still prefer to apply a light amount of makeup to simply feel better about myself and be prepared for an unexpected visitors. This meets those needs great. It's light weight, evens out skin tone and delivers good-for-you products. It's the best no-makeup makeup I've ever used.

I'm 41 years old and I mainly use Dr. Jart Bb cream. I decided to give this a try just because of the price point and reviews. Big mistake!!! I bought the light shade and it looks orange and patchy and awful!!! I'd give it negative stars if I could. I'll stick with my pricier Bb cream. It makes my skin look flawless and worth every penny compared to this. Blegh!
Andrea from Topeka, Kansas
I was using a Covergirl BB cream and loved it, but decided to try this. Big mistake! I went with the fair, which is what I tend to get and have no problems in the past. I have a red complexion and this intensified it, it also is very orange. I had to really blend around my hairline - or it leaves an obvious line.
Kin from Los Angeles
I got the shade light and oh my god. I have never been turned so orange from any product before. Not only that, but it is not hydrating. It dried up seconds after application and settled right into my little fine lines. I'm 32 and it made me look like I was 60 with cheap self tanner. I could not be more disappointed.
Kylie from West Virginia
This product is awful. I was so excited to try this because I have been on the hunt for a lightweight foundation/bb cream, and saw good reviews about this. I got it in the lightest shade (fair) as I am very fair and it turned my skin completely orange. This shade wouldn't even match someone two shades darker than me. It was also very thin coming out, but was sticky/tacky on the face. It was just bad.
