Using the angled brush, pick up a small amount of product to outline brows. Fill in by applying color in the direction of hair growth or layer for added intensity. Use the spoolie end of the brush to groom and blend. Remove excess product from brush and close lid tightly after each use.

Inconsistent Makeup
This product is very inconsistent. I've purchased at least 15 in the last year and only half of them were useable. The other half were dried out upon opening the package. Arrived Dried Out
Item arrived new and still sealed on the package card. When I opened it up and twisted open the jar lid, the inside product is dehydrated down to a loose little puck that doesnt even meet the edges of the jar. I swiped at it with my finger to even see if I could pick up any product, and it's so dense and dry I had to dig, and then the swatch wasnt even pliable to be able to blend. Just terrible.
