Use a body oil or serum that provides a lot of slip, like Sacheu's Slick Skin Gua Sha Serum! For lymphatic drainage, start from the center of the chest and move the gua sha towards the heart. For the back and larger areas, start from the bottom and move in an upwards direction. For extra pressure, use the smaller ridges and divots on acupressure points. Use 2-3x a week.

I hate having to put on lip liner before lipstick but these work so well and I love that it lasts all day. It looks natural. Application wise, Theres no weird smell or taste when applying it. For best results, make sure your lips are clean before applying. I apply mine and add a sheer gloss over it. The colors do vary depending on your lips natural color so remember that when purchasing! Its also super fun to peel them off to be honest and I havent had any issues once it stains with smudging.

I really like this stain!! I use it all over my lips and somehow it looks natural even when I over line. Only 4 stars because it does not last all day long like the tik tok ads make it seem. You can rub it off and it does come off naturally when you eat/drink/apply chapstick. With that said, certain colors do stay on longer than others. Either way, I would prefer this stain over a normal lipliner any day.
