First off, they should stop calling this a balm because it's not balming whatsoever. I purchased it because I haven't previously tried anything from The Ordinary that didn't work, until this. I really like this product. I apply it before bed and it does give a nice hydration to my lips. I haven't had dry or chapped lips since starting this product so I do think it work. However the packaging is awful. It hard to get all the product out specially as it starts to running low. I literally had to pop off the top and use a q-tip to get the product out. I would only repurchase if the packaging changed.

this product isnt bad as a lip balm but i goes onto your lips white ( and eventually rubs into your lips) but i feel like it doesnt keep my lips moisturized. once on your lips its literalky gone in minutes.
