After shampooing, gently massage Soulfood Nourishing Mask through wet hair from roots to ends. Leave the mask on for 5-7 minutes then rinse. Use Soulfood as a weekly treatment or an everyday conditioner. For even more moisture, blend in 2-3 pumps of Water Sign Hydrating Oil to Soulfood then apply.

Cannot get enough of this mask! I live in the Southeastern US and have naturally wavy hair (patterns vary quite a bit, anything from 2b-3b). During the summer heat and humidity, there's no option but to let it air dry and do its thing and hope for the best. This mask really makes my waves feel nourished without weighing them down. I only wash my hair once every 4-5 days and I use this every other wash along with a clarifying shampoo. I'll never stop buying this as long as the formulation stays the same!
