Pretty but messy
The Gel Chrome Eye Shadow from the Ulta Beauty Collection in the shade 'Starlight' is gorgeous but it is also extremely messy and can be difficult to apply. Gloopy
I wanted to like this eyeshadow, I really needed a chrome eyeshadow. Unfortunately, the chrome bits come on very unevenly. It's not an all-over glitter/chrome; I really have to pack it on to get it all over the lid, and it gets messy. I think I'll try it again one day but for my use at the time, it did not work.

goopy and chunky
got the pink one, has no pink pigment when applied, just comes out as chunks of silver glitter that messes up the eyeshadow underneath. its sooo goopy and hard to apply

It is amazing love it
Disappointed
I had high hopes but the product is hard to apply even with a brush. It comes out in hard flakes and does not blend well. it also wasnt well pigmented. I have liked a lot of the Ulta brand label products before but this was a disappointment. I ended up tossing it after a few tries.
