When I first applied this, I thought it was a plumping gloss because of the intense tingle. (NOTE: I HATE plumping glosses.) This is super shiny! Looks like your lips are wet. Very hydrating and feels nice on your skin. My only issue is that the color looks one way in the tube and another on my lips. It's brighter and so not my color on my lips. In the tube it looks like it's going to be natural.
