STEP 1: BROW FREEZE

Working off the back of the cap, swirl Brow Freeze into the spoolie brush and remove excess before applying. On clean brows, brush a small amount of Brow Freeze through the brow using the spoolie brush to tame hairs into place. To lay brow hairs down flat, apply gentle pressing motions using the metal ferule (on the angled brush side) of Brush 7B. Keep Brow Freeze tightly sealed when not in use.

STEP 2: BROW POWDER DUO

Using Brush 7B, apply the deeper shade of Brow Powder Duo starting at the highest point of the brow (arch) and working towards the end. Using light pressure, apply the lighter shade of Brow Powder Duo through the front of the brow. Blend with the spoolie brush for a natural finish.

Brow Powder Duo

Mix shades together to create a custom brow shade.
Use the lighter shade to create a background color and the deeper shade to create hair-like strokes.
