Hair Type Straight Hair
I have used and loved this product for years. Formula seems to have changed. Product is now thick like tooth paste, difficult to apply and difficult to rinse out. Sometimes I have an undesired purple tint to my silver grey hair. I am looking for a new product.

I have used your so Silver shampoo and conditioner for years and liked both. But you changed the formula for the conitioner, IT IS LIKE TOOTHPASTE!!! It used to be creme! The few times I used it, it makes my hair look dull and heavy. Doesn't look full as always have. YOU JUST LOST a LONG TIME CUSTOMER!!!!

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but anyone who has blonde highlights knows the importance of good conditioner! I have fine hair and wash 2x a week. This conditioner leaves my hair manageable, bright, soft, & smelling amazing! I cannot recommend this conditioner enough!
Changed Product
I am not sure what change you did to this. It does smell better but it is now very difficult to rinse out and it no longer works well on my gray/white hair.
