Shampoo/Conditioner: Work a quarter-size amount of shampoo into a lather between palms. Apply to wet hair, massage into a rich lather, and rinse. Follow with Smooth Conditioner, rinse thoroughly.

Mask: After washing hair, remove excess water and apply a generous amount, distributing evenly through hair. Leave on for 2--3 minutes. Rinse well. Use weekly or as needed in place of conditioner.
