Decent enough
I received this product for free in exchange for my review. I love elf products and use many of them! However, this one fell short for me. While the eyeliner does go on relatively smooth, I hate that it's a pencil and doesn't come with a sharpener. We've come a long way in the beauty world and it ...

Great
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The pencil is super soft and glides on very easily. You don't need to push hard and it doesn't crumble. I also like to keep it in the bag to protect it from getting broken.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The E.l.f. Smokey kohl eyeliner was great for keeping my makeup light looking I like the deep blue look vs the black I normally wear I felt like it made my eyes appear bigger and brighter I was able to be precise with the pencil and keep a nice finish the liner itself was nice and durable unlike some that break while trying to apply I would recommend to anyone looking to try a different color other than black .

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Precise and smooth application, does not smudge easily. Very pigmented and non-grey undertones. Buildable coverage great for a smoky eye look. Great intensity!
Would not buy again
After applying it as top eye liner, within two hours it had run and smudged below my eyes. I looked like a raccoon.
It's ok for the price
