SMEARS so bad - better off using an eyeshadow or liquid… or just a different product

They have changed the formula which irritates my eyes badly. Some things should not be changed and this product is one that should have been left alone.
So happy to find this at Ulta!!
My favorite eyeliner is no longer and I was so happy to find this as it is better than my favorite.Goes on so smoothly, stays on and blends easily with a brush. NYX does NO animals testing which is a must for me. I highly recommend this.

New Formula Is Horrible
The new formula causes an eye irritation that seems as if a 15 pound baby is sitting on your eyelids.
