Apply facial oil to clean, dry skin. Lightly pat down evenly over cheeks, chin, forehead, eyebrows, nose and upper lip. Angle the dermaplane blade at a 45 degrees to the skin, hold skin taut. Dermaplane in the direction of the hair growth in short strokes. Use a cotton pad or rinse blade to remove the debris build-up. Use your skincare as usual. Not recommended for use more than once per week. If you are using retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, or other exfoliating treatments, ensure you apply an SPF after dermaplaning.

Razors great, oil not so much

My hair grows fast and since it's black while my skin tone is light, it's very noticeable on my face and arms which is why I dermaplane multiple times a week. I have tried different brands' razors and these dermaplane razors by Nimbi are by far the best I've tried yet. Hair removal was easy without neither nics nor razor burns. If I were just reviewing the razors, I would have easily rated them 5 stars. I'm reviewing the overall kit and I didn't fully love the oil in the kit. It did an amazing job at leaving my skin glowing and also helped with allowing the razor to glide with more ease for a perfect shave, but my skin wasn't loving the oil. I don't have particularly sensitive skin, yet it caused some discomfort, burning/stinging sensation. It may just be because one's skin is more susceptible after shaving. Luckily the redness and stinging subsided less than an hour later, but I'd advise sensitive skin types to first do a patch test on their arms prior to their face. **This review was collected as part of a promotion.

When I first received this product I was super excited to test it out. Generally when I dermaplane my face I am doing it with clean dry skin, pulling my skin taught and getting a nice exfoliation with it. The facial oil was soothing and very easy to apply. Gently apply to clean skin then dab off the excess and proceed to shave. I don't notice a difference in ease of using the razor but after my skin felt super soft and supple and plump. I like the facial oil as maybe a weekly use not regular for dermaplaning though only because my skin already tends to lean on the oily side so I feel like it can lead to more breakouts and oily skin in my T zone. I also tend to have more sensitive skin and had zero issues with this formula so it seems perfect for anyone with dry skin that tends to be sensitive. Will definitely continue to use the razors regularly they are super sleek and easy to use. **This review was collected as part of a promotion.

These razors work extremely well at removing dark peach fuzz that make you look like you have light sideburns. They help with smoothing away fine facial hair, and quickly cleaning up my eyebrows in between appointments. I really like the double-guarded edge, which makes the blade feel safer and gives me more confidence while using it. The handle fits comfortably in my hand and is very easy to maneuver. I appreciate that both the packaging and plastic are eco-friendly and compostable. The color of these are also so beautiful and match my aesthetic. The quality of these along with proper washing, drying, and storage after use, these should last a long time.
