Fascinating Product That May Help Skin Issues

Red light therapy may help your skin look better. I have looked into this for a few years since I started using the "beauty angel" device at Planet Fitness. While the results aren't going to magically transform your skin, it does seem to have an impact, in terms of collagen, elastin, and even cell r...egeneration. This device uses red light and infrared therapy, as well as vibration, which has itself in some smaller studies been shown to benefit skin health. The way it works is that you turn it on (bottom button) and then push the top button so a red light appears. Once this is on, when you touch it to your skin, it turns on, and starts vibrating and releasing red light. It also gets warm once you use it for a bit (usually it takes about a minute to get fully warm). I just move it around my face and hair areas (red light therapy may help with hair loss too), keeping it on each area for a few seconds. It is easy and feels like getting a little face massage. Is this the answer to skin problems? Well, I have no idea. Anecdotally, since I have used this and another red light intervention, my skin does seem to be looking better. But, I also take internal supplements and have been using topical interventions for a few months. The price is fairly high, but if it works, it could be worth it. I am always hopeful but skeptical of products like this, but there is some limited research showing some benefit, so it's worth a try.
