Apply one pump to clean skin. Allow to fully sink in before following with moisturizer and SPF. When adding into your routine, work your way up. Start using at night, 2-3x per week. If any irritation occurs, cut back to 2x. If no irritation occurs after the first two weeks, increase to daily use.
