How to Recycle:

Does Drunk Elephant Simkami Mega Moisture have a in shiwer conditioner? Im used to shampooing, conditioning , and then using a leave in conditioner since my hair is virgin , long and im 56 yrs old. Oh dyes and it's naturally somewhat frizzy. The natural white/grey hair coming in is frizzy and dry. Does this line have a leave in conditioner ? I sure hope so. Thank you for you time and kindness. Worst Experience Buying a Product in my life.

Absolute worst company I have ever tried buying from! Attempted to buy the Trunk 9.0 their website steals my money and says know we didn't process your payment. My account says otherwise! They say wait 48 hours try it again on a different email and card since yours old email may be locked from their system. guess what same thing! 3 Transactions later 3 separate accounts all the same outcomes. Customer service is a joke Happy Birthday to my daughter who doesn't have the main thing she wanted! Also this company after draining your accounts don't even have the decency to hold the product to the side while they fix their messup!!

Hair Type Straight Hair
I have straight fine hair and this did a good job cleaning my hair and the smell was subtle and not offensive. I used it almost 2 months and the two big negatives for me was 1. the amount of hair shedding since I started using it was very concerning and 2. the bottle is so stiff that it's hard to get the product out and I needed to use a fair amount of it. It's pricey for it's small size.

I really wanted to love this shampoo, but it just didn't lather and I have thick medium to long hair and I was having to mix it with other shampoos in order for it to lather.

We have used this product for years and really like it. However, only having the small bottles available is incredibly wasteful. We were buying in the large pump bottles that are now discontinued. The small bottles are SO much more plastic waste and it is not plastic our city (or many cities!) will take. In addition, #1 and #2 are marginally recyclable (that the bottle will actually be recycled into a new product). Other plastics are practically unrecyclable, even if a recycling program will take the product they go into a well-organized landfill. I have major skill allergies and have a hard time finding product that I can use. It is such a shame that this company is now only selling product in the tiny 8 oz bottles that are just a huge waste of packaging. Time to look for something else that my skin can tolerate that is less wasteful. Shoot. I can no longer recommend a daily shampoo that only comes in a small, unrecyclable (from practicality and product supply chain standpoints) bottle.
