Shake vigorously. Hold can 8-10 inches away, spray evenly in the root area to create volume and a long-lasting hold for any style you crave.
Pre-caution: EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE AEROSOL. CONTENTS UNDER PRESSURE: MAY BURST IF HEATED. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not place in hot water or near radiators, stoves or other sources of heat. No smoking during use and until hair is thoroughly dry. Do not puncture, incinerate or crush container, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures above 50C/120F. Avoid spraying in eyes. Use only as directed. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents can be harmful or fatal. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

I use several NYM products -- this is great hairspray for teasing your hair, for getting your style ready -- but I highly recommend a finishing spray when you're done, because this is strictly a shaping spray, not for extended hold.
