Shake vigorously. Hold can 8-10 inches away, spray evenly in the root area to create volume and a long-lasting hold for any style you crave.

It’s designed to add volume and provide a firm-yet-flexible, medium hold that helps styles last longer once they’re already set. You can absolutely use it after curling your hair to help maintain the curls and add lift, especially at the roots. For best results, we recommend pairing it with a separate heat protectant before using any hot tools, then finishing with She’s a Tease to lock in volume and hold. We hope this helps! I use several NYM products -- this is great hairspray for teasing your hair, for getting your style ready -- but I highly recommend a finishing spray when you're done, because this is strictly a shaping spray, not for extended hold.

Originally, I gave this a shot because the price was so affordable and NYM's has some other decent products. However, this spray just leaves hair wet, dries and then causes frizziness, and has absolutely NO hold. My hair almost looked worse after I used. Its not worth it, even for the cheap price.
