The only complaint I have is the actual wall plug, it doesn't sit flat against the wall no matter where I do my hair. I love how glossy my hair looks hair when I use it. My hair stays soft all day!!

It gives my hair smooth and shine look without damaging it. I love it can be used on wet and dry hair. The best parte is that it works amazing even in curly hair. I get salon look in minutes and best of all without spending money.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This shark glossi ceramic tool will be great for some. I found it not heavy and easy to hold. It has a strong air flow and doesn't tangle your hair easily. Unfortunately, it's not a tool I'd use to save time or use less heat on my hair. I have long 2c hair and found I'd still need to use other products to achieve my hairstyle goals. It did not give me volume as it claims nor a blow out smooth finish. I still used other things to achieve that. Also, the plug in is way too large and bulky. It takes up so much of the socket and can fall out easily. It was creating a short in my other lights as well. I found the one I was sent also had a glitch- switching from wet to dry it didn't turn on. The glossi lit up and then just sat there, decided to blow air later. I don't feel the heating temp control was correct and it stayed around the same temp for all 3 options.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I was already using a well known product that is similar, however this Shark is definitely an upgrade i love how it's actually blows air out at a higher speed and that you can control how much abd even control heat. I love that their is a smoothing side as well to finish off your blow out. Also a great feature for day 2 and beyond hair you are given ability to just use it like a brush straightener. This is replacing my current hair tole and become my new favorite item. So when using the glossier there is a slight smell. it did overheat in me one time but started again after cooling. I love the option though of using it as a brush style straightener without the blow drying part.
