Best on the Market for Severe Dermatitis

I suffer from severe dermatitis/eczema and seborrheic dermatitis/dandruff. And more recently, an unexplained rising body temperature which flares up the eczema. It gets really bad in the summer and winter months. I get it mostly around my inner elbows, with a bad red rash appearing there that will p...eel and bleed in summer at its worst, and in the last few years it has spread to my chest and abdomen, back and legs, and my neck while sometimes my lower face. The only thing that will bring it down and work is Prednisone corticosteroid pills that reduce the inflammation, and then Triamcinolone Acetonide or similar corticosteroid topical creams or ointments that will take the rashes away. When I was a baby they found an allergy to Codeine, as well as bar soaps on me. So I had been using Aveeno body wash ever since, as colloidal oatmeal is supposed to be an eczema healer. But I was still getting flare-ups. I was getting it around my hands and wrists until I switched to a hypoallergenic free & clear hand-wash soap.Then my newly-appointed Dermatologist recommended Vanicream and gave me tiny samples of the cleansing bar, the Free & Clear shampoo with conditioner set, and a tiny tube of moisturizing skin cream. These products worked the best out of everything that I have tried before, which included but were not limited to: Neutrogena T/Gel; Head & Shoulders; Selsun Blue; Aveeno body wash & eczema creams; Hydrocortisone creams; Doctor-prescribed Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.1% Cream & Ointment by both Perrigo and Fougera; Doctor-prescribed Betamethasone; Benadryl Anti-Itch Cream; and others to no avail. The Triamcinolones worked until my body adapted to it after a few short years. I am currently still using Betamethasone, which is somewhat stronger. My Dermatologist also tried prescribing Fluocinonide (for dandruff) and a lot stronger corticosteroid cream as well as my Primary Physician's Assistant prescribed an alternative natural herbal cream but my insurance blocked filling them and would not cover these expensive creams that I needed. Therefore I could not get Dermatologist treatment for seborrheic dermatitis. Also in my teens to late teens I used Old Spice deodorant before switching to Old Spice High Endurance when I discovered my underarms perspired more than the normal person's, before finally switching yet again when High Endurance no longer worked to Axe Dry Anti-Perspirant & Deodorant with Invisible Solid when the Axe products came out in my late teens and early twenties. I have been using Axe Dry for over ten years with no suitable replacement that actually stops my perspiration. It is the last product I use that is not hypoallergenic on my body and recently I have been itching under the arms. I just found this website today and see that Vanicream makes a free & clear Anti-Perspirant/Deodorant, so I will be ordering that with the Cleansing Bar and Free & Clear Medicated Shampoo and Conditioners and a pump jar of the Moisturizing Skin Cream. I have used the Moisturizing Skin Cream and Cleansing Bar and both work wonders for my ultra-sensitive skin. The Cleansing Bar gives me no issues after continued use of about 4 bars now. I will say that I was picking it up at my local Target until about three weeks ago when they suddenly stopped carrying the Vanicream Cleansing Bar & Moisturizing Skin Cream 4oz tube for no apparent reason, and all Target carries now of Vanicream is the Pump Jar and Twist Lid big jars of cream. That's it anymore for Target. I think they had one Free & Clear Shampoo left on their shelf with no Conditioner to go with it. So do yourself a favor and avoid Target for Vanicream. Their prices were high as well. Then I found that my local Walgreens carries Vanicream but the Cleansing Bar is always empty on the shelf. They keep telling me they will get more on their next shipment but when I go back they don't have any still. Keep in mind Walgreens only stocks about 3 Cleansing Bars on their shelf at a time so it is also hit or miss with this retailer. The best bet I have found so far is ordering Vanicream through Amazon since ordering over $35 worth gets you free shipping. Compared to this official site which you have to pay $7 for shipping for orders under $25. If you do the math, you buy one Shampoo bottle at $11 plus $7 s&h you basically pay $18 for a Shampoo. I'd rather clump all the Vanicream products I need at once on Amazon and only spend $38 in one go with no shipping. Just a heads up.Thanks Vanicream for making all the products you do that finally allow me to stop all OTC mainstream products that break me out!
