I have small to medium patches seborrheic dermatitis/eczema on the back of and the top of my scalp. I'm 55 and have always had healthy scalp and healthy thick, wavy, strong hair with the top lair being fine. A few months ago these patches broke out. I've seen 2 Dermatologists. Bottle is impossible!

Submitted 2 years ago

This bottle on both the shampoo and conditioner is impossible to use. You can't even get the product out of the bottle and the bottle is hard. It's not even squeezable. I love the product but won't be able to use it because I can't get it out of the bottle. If they ever change the bottle, I might try it again but as of now with this bottle….NOPE!!!

A Former Holy Grail

In college, around two yeaes ago, this stuff hit the spot. I have fine hair, prone to eczema during drier months, and generally sensitive/dry skin, and it used to provide relief that no other conditioner could. I repurchased not too long ago only to be monumentally disappointed. That cooling feeling I felt before was lacking, and didn't provide the prior relief I was searching for — which is upsetting since my scalp has been especially itchy and dry as of late, much worse than before (there is no dandruff or texture that needs treating, my scalp is clean, my hair itself is just dry thus causing itching). I only am writing this review to question if the formula has changed, I am never truly upset by a failed product, mainly inconvenienced if anything because I will need to fine a new holy grail. On the plus side, no harmful ingredients or solutions that cause build up for hair — a rare find in any product!

Seriously though, the bottle itself had to be a manufacturing error right?!? Its impossible to squeeze!

Stiff bottle

I feel so silly writing this…my hands are on the smaller side so im already at a disadvantage. The plastic is hard and does not give, I have to use my knees to squeeze any product out. Add in the fact that I cant get a good grip because of the water. After a few times I've gotten frustrated. Other than that product is great, my scalp feels much better and my hair is growing it pretty well.
