Open the curler and position it at the base of your upper lashes. Gently squeeze the handles of the curler together and hold for several seconds. Release the curler and move it up to the middle of your lashes, then squeeze again for a more intense curl. Always curl lashes before mascara application. Clean pads after use with 70% isopropyl alcohol and let dry. Replace curler pad after 3 months. Great eyelash curler for my eye shape
I was looking for the Ulta japanese eyelash curler and I think it has been discontinued! I tried this and it works way better! My eyelashes look super lifted (after mascara application and the mascara has dried). Highly recommend! It's my new go to.

Doesn't curl your lashes and rips them instead.
I had this curler for months now and tried to return it in the first two weeks because it didn't curl my long flat lashes but couldn't because I didn't have the packing anymore. I continued using it and told myself maybe I'm just curling my lashes wrong since it's a new curler from a new brand….nope...

Don't love it
Doesn't hold a curl at all! I remember the old Ulta last curler used to be so good but not a fan of this one. A little pricier but I switched back to Shisheido! I would skip this curler.
Eye lashes fall out.
I have very thin/fine hair. I have never had a curler take so many eye lashes with it as this one does . I have stopped using. To even get it to curl, you have to hold down hard. All around bad combo for fine hair.
doesn't work
Yes this curler fits my eye shape HOWEVER the mechanics to actually squeeze and curl your lashes are so weak that they don't work. I don't recommend this.
Older version was better
This is not like the older eyelash curler design. The shape is weird and doesn't fit my eye. Bring back the previous design!
