Shampoo works great , clean smell, thicker looking hair . Conditioner formula has changed and is not as effective as before. Hair feels thinner after using and weighed down. Please go back to old formula, as a long time user , I would hate to switch to a new product !

Love the shampoo and conditioner, five stars. However, the bottles still need some work. Before the bottles were so hard only a weight lifter could squeeze them. Now with the pump the nozzle needs to be about a half an inch longer because most of the shampoo hits the side of the bottle. My conditioner pump worked one time and it doesn't work at all so I have to pull out the pump and scrape the conditioner off of the pump tube. Seems very wasteful and as I use more of the conditioner, I will have to just dump it out into my hand.
