I've been using this eyeliner for years doing a nice winged eyeliner look and it always lasted all day long ... Halloween one year my fiance wanted to be diablo from suicide squad....Im good at drawing and make up so I decided I'd offer to do his make up/tattoos....I thought this eyeliner would work...

Bought this this past weekend and I'm finally trying it. Extremely disappointed in the formula. I mean it's true; it won't budge, but that's if you manage to get it on in the first place. Best Eye liner
This goes on easy and looks great.
Suddenly has a weird fishy smell!
I had been using this eyeliner for years on my waterline. But a couple I bought in the last 6 months start having a weird fishy smell a week after I buy them. There's no way I'm putting something that smells like that near my eyes.
Silk like & easy to apply
Smudge if you need it to but good for someone like me that makes mistakes.

This product was dried out, zero pigment, breaks easily, it does not work.
