Amazing product
This is the first product ive ever used on my undereyes where i see a true difference. I recieved this as a free gift as a diamond member but i guess i will continue to purchase. Hefty price but again, it works!!!
Bad batch or bad product?
Possibly expired when i got it. Spongey like texture, hard to scoop out then grainy and pills. Flakes off eyelid completely. Based on other reviews, I am worried Ulta permanently got a bad batch or they are reselling returns. Sad becaue i was very excited to make use of becoming diamond

Order received minus the gift so I assumed it was shipping separately, today i find out it was cancelled as unavailable 🤦♀️. So why is it available to order!!! So try again, it's available but now i get to pay shipping charges to get it. What the heck, i am Diamond for goodness sakes, why not include free shipping with the gift as none of the store within 200mi has this in stock. So, do they ever have in stock or is this order only 🤬🤬

I do not havw sensitive skin have used many retinol eye products. This made me have terrible puffy and rashy area around my eyes. Save your money or buy Revision instead.
