I can't speak to the benefits of magnesium, as I didn't notice any mood or metabolic differences, but the spray is very pleasant. It's a light, mist of claming lavender. I could see it being very cooling in the summer months. The fragrance is very natural and dissipates by morning. I've never detected it in the morning. I think it would be suitable aromatherapy for sensitive noses. Overall, it's a little extra pampering before bed.

The plus one restful sleep spray is in my consideration a great product for people with restless issues. In my first use I can certainly said works phenomenal per instructions you should use several sprays in different parts of your body I just used two sprays in my wrist to smell and try the product and help to sleep really quick and had restorative sleep during all night. Something I live it has magnesium that assist with muscles relaxation and anxiety, ashwagandha that helps with stress and lavender that is wonderful for relaxation and sleep. This spray doesn't leave any greasy or hard residues in your skin and has a delicate calming essence. I totally recommend it

I'm not sure how to feel about it. I like how it smells but I'm not sure if it helped with my sleep. I'm yet to try it as often to notice a difference but so far I've not felt any different.
