I didnt notice the restrictive packaging (cant fly with it) adding anything to the experience either, it didnt foam up, it's not a gel. I rinsed for a long time and my hair still fell too flat. I got this in the value set to try everything out and the label on this one was also messed up. I wish amika would state that the value packs have issues like that to make up for the discount. It's a bit off to me that I cant leave a review for that set itself to warn others. Heads up if you're buying it as a gift!
