doesn't hold hair, weak grip
This clip is absolutely gorgeous — it really nails that "quiet luxury" aesthetic. Beautiful matte finish, soft-touch texture, and looks great sitting on a vanity. But sadly, it doesn't hold my hair at all. I have medium-thick hair, and the grip is just too weak. The teeth are too short, and it slips...

I purchased the quiet luxury, as well as the flat gold clip. I really tried to like the quiet luxury, but unlike the gold clip that has a flat portion of the comb to go into your hair, the quiet luxury clip comb is extremely curved. The comb is so curved that it will dig into your scalp, as well as give a bump into your updo...I looked for tutorials that showed how to put it on, but the only tutorials I found for it didn't show the actual process...so I took it back and kept the gold one, which was far easier to use, in my opinion.

Unusable for long hair
This is really pretty but I don't think it should be called large or should have more context for the sizing - I have long hair and it won't hold it up at all. Pretty and lightweight, but absolutely useless for me.
