    How To Use

Swivel up lip liner only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Recap securely when finished to protect formula.

Follow dot-dot-dash method to ensure ease and accuracy of application: Draw two dots on upper lip's bow, a dash across bottom of lower lip, then connect all three.

To help keep lipstick in place, fill in lips with liner, then follow with lipstick.

You can also apply it all over your lips, then top with lipstick or lip gloss. |Remove with Clinique's Take The Day Off™ Makeup Remover For Lids, Lashes & Lips.

Helps me make the most of one of my best features

I love these. One of my best features are my full lips that are naturally berry red; blue-based or berry lip colors work really well on me. These liners provide shades in the same color family but some are light and others provide depth, giving me variety for work or play. The also serve as an ancho...

    Wish I was happier

I love Clinique products and have been a long time user. I went to purchase my all time favorite lip liner, Tender Taupe, only to be told that it was discontinued. I was very disappointed. I wasn't even able to purchase it from Clinique.com. In any event, I decided to try the new intense lip liners....

Worst lip liner I've ever used. It took forever to twist out, and the product was broken inside. Very little usable product—total waste of money. Would not buy again.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I've used Chanel lipliners for over 5 years and started to develop an allergic reaction. After doing some research, I found that this clinique lipliner was 100% hypoallergenic so I decided to try it. It is now my favorite liner. "Intense Cafe" is my favorite color and "neutrally" is also a nice natural subtle color. I pair them with the chubby stick moisturizing lip balm or the pop longwear lipstick. They stay on for a good amount of time.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

The pluses- color is 10/10. Terrific staying power. The "be careful"- the product is very fragile. Do NOT expose more than a hair beyond the edge of the tube or it will break. The minus- I am 74 and have those problem lines around my mouth. I was hoping this would prevent feathering but, alas, that is not the case. If you are not plagued by that issue then it is worth the high price tag.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
