I only bought this because my other brow pencil ran out and when I went to reorder I discovered it had been discontinued. How disappointing! This doesn't even work. It's like a mechanical pencil in thinness, but it's dry and doesn't deposit any color. It's like the quick liner eye liners that break after one use. It's really unfortunate that Clinique has discontinued all my favorite makeup in recent years. I've been a loyal customer for 37 years but I've had to branch out to other brands because everything I love has been eliminated-Instant Lift for Brows, chubby sticks for eyes, advanced concealer, super defense spf 25 moisturizer, the list goes on. RIP Clinique

Ordered Cool Gray in this eyebrow pencil after wearing brown shades all my life. I was very happy with the Cool Gray shade especially since my hair is now mostly a gray shade. I have no eyebrows, so I rely on using the eyebrow pencil to give me eyebrows. Really like the Cool Gray shade.

I went to order my instant lift brow pencil that I have been using for years and love. This pencil is not the same. This pencil is way too thin and my brows look streaky when I shade them now. Terrible, terrible product.
