Well I, like other users, thought that the product runs out too quickly, however, that is not actually the case. The problem with this product is the same that I found in the quickliner for eyes and quickliner for lips products. There is still product available, but the the twist/push up mechanism fails. I discovered this because I was frustrated that I had just bought new quickliners for both my eyes and lips and it seemed like I hadn't used them very much and then they seemed to 'run out'. Anyway, I broke open the twist up plastic piece and sure enough there was still plenty of product inside. I called and let Clinique know that this was a problem (this was well over a year ago) and they stated that other consumers had also reported this as a problem. However, I can tell you that nothing has been done about it. Today, it seemed I had run out of my quickliner for brows, however when I broke it open, there was still plenty of product in there. I will be calling to complain again I guess and then looking for alternatives. So sad, I have been using Clinique products for over 30 years and this is so disappointing.
