Disappointing Replacement for Instant Brow Lift

I have been using Clinique products since I was 16 years old, and I am now 63. For many years I relied on the Instant Brow Lift, which was an outstanding product that worked beautifully for my very sparse, fair brows. It was easy to apply and lasted a long time. The Quickliner for Brows, however, is a terrible replacement. The pencil is far too thin, dry, and brittle, which makes it extremely difficult to use. It takes far longer than it should to fill in my brows, and I have to use so much product each time that it runs out quickly. Considering how little product is in the tube, it ends up being ridiculously expensive for something that performs so poorly. It's incredibly disappointing that Clinique replaced such a great product with something of such low quality. After decades of loyalty to this brand, I never expected to feel this frustrated by one of their products. Unless Clinique seriously improves this formula or brings back Instant Brow Lift, I will unfortunately have to look for another brand for my eyebrow pencil. Clinique used to stand out for quality and customer loyalty — this product does not reflect that.

The pencil goes on easier than other brow ones I have tried. It lasts all day. It was hard to find a good grey one. Glad I found this, it is a perfect gray. Not harsh at all.

You discontinued the wonderful brow product that lifts ... softer, thicker, and so much easier to apply. I really miss that product, and it appears many others do as well. Would love to be able to use that again. Unfortunately, I will need to find another brand, as I just cannot use your Quickliner.
