Completely dried out
When this eyeliner stamp first arrived, I opened up the box to see that the cap had come off, and the stamp portion of the eyeliner was completely dried up. Okay, no problem, I thought, I'll return it and have Ulta send me another one to replace it. Nope! The replacement arrived completely dried up ...

Very good quality! Store with the stamp down so the ink doesn't dry out. I see a lot of people posting that this stamp is dried out fast. It's because you're supposed to store it with a stamp down. I'm happy I ignored. Those reviews will be repurchasing.

Im 15 and I bought this product because ive always had a hard time drawing on eyeliner but this works so well! Its super easy and cute! Its not a see through black like other products its very pigmented and last ALL DAY! The only problem i had was that its hard if you want a longer wing, but other than that its great! I would definitely recommend this!
