Using Essence Quick Wing! Stamp Eyeliner, stamp the wing of your eyeliner to the outside corner of your eye. Then go in using the felt tip on the opposite side of the pen to fill in the wing and touch up any lines for precision.

Completely dried out
When this eyeliner stamp first arrived, I opened up the box to see that the cap had come off, and the stamp portion of the eyeliner was completely dried up. Okay, no problem, I thought, I'll return it and have Ulta send me another one to replace it. Nope! The replacement arrived completely dried up ...

no cap
I was sent one with no cap on it, completely dried out and just tossed in box. I can't even try it. now I have to find the time to go to the store to return it and hope they'll take it back so I'm not out money.
who would have thought
I tend to purchase high end liners, thinking of quality. Decided to try this and am very glad I did. This liner works and stays put. Super easy to use and stamp works so well. Ink is very black, and smooth. No complaints!
Completely dried out
When this eyeliner stamp first arrived, I opened up the box to see that the cap had come off, and the stamp portion of the eyeliner was completely dried up. Okay, no problem, I thought, I'll return it and have Ulta send me another one to replace it. Nope! The replacement arrived completely dried up too, despite the cap actually being on this time. I stored it stamp-side down overnight, hoping some ink would run into the stamp and it would actually start working. Again, nope! This product is completely unusable. I've had LA Pure winged eyeliner stamps whose ink has lasted for literal YEARS, but I thought I'd give this product a try because it's cheaper - definitely not worth it. I'm going back to LA Pure. But thank you, Ulta, for refunding me for this terrible product!
This Product Is Great For The Price
I've always had issues drawing cat eye lines on my eyelids, this pen is great !!!! You can wear as it is or fill in to your liking but it gives you a great starting point. I thought because it was so reasonable that it might not be a good buy, never assume anything so glad I tried the pen for myself. Really like it!!!!!
Get this!
I love this eyeliner so much. Its super easy to apply and it looks amazing. And for that price? Wow. I buy a ton of makeup so I'm always happy to find an inexpensive product thats as good as high end.
