Completely dried out
When this eyeliner stamp first arrived, I opened up the box to see that the cap had come off, and the stamp portion of the eyeliner was completely dried up. Okay, no problem, I thought, I'll return it and have Ulta send me another one to replace it. Nope! The replacement arrived completely dried up ...

This stamper is great! but the ink needs more sraying power and smoother application. ink is patchy and dmnot longwearing.
