Completely dried out
When this eyeliner stamp first arrived, I opened up the box to see that the cap had come off, and the stamp portion of the eyeliner was completely dried up. Okay, no problem, I thought, I'll return it and have Ulta send me another one to replace it. Nope! The replacement arrived completely dried up ...

It wipes off very fast and the stamp is a hit or miss half the time it barely stamps. And this might just be because i have hooded eyes but it just does not look good at all

Pen was dried out upon purchase
The stamp is pigmented and opaque, but the pen side was basically completely dried out. I used it roughly an hour after purchase so it was not due to me storing it improperly. Very hard to finish my wing when I can't use 50% of the product.
Don't waste your money
Maybe it would work if it had any ink in it it came dried out
