I use it to give my sisterlocks a good moisture boost and when I want to blow dry my hair after washing them. For my wigs, it adds a nice shine and smooths the hair without weighing it down. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I've been using this new ProGrowth +Peptide serum mist for about a month now and I'm starting to see less breakage on my hair brush after brushing. I also saw some benefits right away; besides being a growth & strength serum, it's also a thickening and heat protectant spray. I use it on my damp hair, root to tip, and it doesn't make my hair look or feel sticky or greasy. My hair looked fuller from that first use and despite using heat in my hair often, it looks better than it has in a long time. The ends don't look so scraggly from breakage which makes my hair look thicker than it is. I like not having to use multiple products for each step in the styling process, this serum spray saves me time (and money). I wouldn't expect a drugstore product to be this effective but I'm happy it is. I think it would work on most hair types and it's relatively affordable so I'd reccomend trying it. The only reason I am not giving it the full five stars is because the fragrance isn't my favorite but it does last on the hair so if you enjoy it you'll be happy with the longevity of it.
