Handle broke. Ripped out daughter's eyelashes.
My poor daughter has the misfortune of buying this product. This morning, the rubber handle broke off & the curler ripped out half the lashes on that eye.

Love this!
I love this eyelash curler. Works great for my thick lashes and also works great for my sister's thin lashes. I got this for myself a while ago so I decided to get this for her for Christmas. She l Ioved them! She said this is the first eyelash curler that has been able to successfully curl and keep her lashes curled. 10/10!!!
Poor construction
I absolutely love e.l.f products and believed this would be no different. Unfortunately, this is poorly constructed. I pinched the skin under my eyes and it made me bleed in that area. This definitely missed the mark and I hope e.l.f improves it!
I'd recommend just be gentle
The reviews gave me a freight but ive used it twice on myself and 3x on my mom with her own curler and its been perfect. Like anything be gentle esp being close to your eyes. I have almond shaped eyes and it fit perfectly. I barely have lashes which is why i wanted to curl them so they can be somewhat visible. Id recommend it just be gentle and dont squeeze the life out of your lashes and pull and say its a terrible product.
It pokes my eye
I love E.L.F, but this eyelash curler pokes my eye :/. I think mine might be defective…
