One purchase I regret making. I usually order the older spiked brow pencil but noticed it's no longer in production so I decided to try this one. I've worn it about five times within the past three weeks and now it's empty! I don't understand why it doesn't last nearly as long as the older brow pencil and constantly breaks? I'm extremely disappointed. It's also a hassle to get in touch with someone in customer service and return for a refund.
Doesn't last even a month!
I liked the color an application, but it didn't even last a month. What a disappointment. You could do better MAC!

I've used your brow pencil for years. Loved it until now. I don't do a heavy brow—just light filling in for shape. The current version of this pencil lasts only 16-17 days at best—and I only use it during the work week. I end up blowing through two of these pencils every month. Something has changed either with the formula or applicator or amount of product in the applicator. After years of being pleased with this product, I'm now actively looking to other brands for a replacement that lasts longer. Please go back to the old version of this pencil. You're going to lose a loyal customer.

I've been a MAC Pro member for 25+ years and have been through 4 different eyebrow pencil designs with MAC. This one is my very LEAST favorite. The lead is entirely too thin and breaks the moment it touches my brow. And because of the constant breakage, it quite literally lasted only a fraction of the time all other brow pencils used to last. The only good thing is that the color didn't change. Please PLEASE bring back the slightly thicker lead! (And, if there's a way to know when you are almost at the end before you run out, that'd be a helpful design change too.)
