I wrote a review when I just received these because I bought five at one time and didn't realize that they changed the design. I was unable to get a refund so I used what I had and those five are already gone one before they would last me a long time but it keeps breaking because it's so thin so basically in 2 weeks I had to swap and use a new one also they are much harder to apply and annoying. Every time I use one in the morning I get annoyed all over again because I'm wondering why would you change a great design that so many customers loved and come up with this horrible design that everybody's disappointed with and lose all your customers. It just makes no sense to me now I have to find a new eyebrow pencil from another company. If you decide to return you old design and not keep raising the price please let us know I guess I'll just be annoyed again in the morning when I use the last of the last pencil that I have until it's gone.

Bring back the pencil!! We do not want this mechanical stencil. The pencil was thicker and it lasted longer. The product is already expensive, and you all change it and give us less of it??? It's not as sturdy and the pencil. Bring back the eyebrow pencils!! I had to find a similar shade from another store to keep from buying this one every month!

I have been using Spiked on my brows faithfully for the past 16 years and this new formula is the demise of the product. As others have mentioned, the product just crumbles away when applying. Due to working remotely I don't even apply daily anymore and still only get 1 to 2 uses per pencil. I literally found an old spiked that I had to use in a pinch to finish my eyebrows mid makeup because for the second time this new formula failed me. I'm officially on the market for a new brow pencil. MAC if you bring back the original let us know.
