- Lightly spritz onto wet or dry hair, focusing on mid-lengths to ends to protect from heat up to 450F.
- For wet hair: Comb through to evenly distribute the product. Proceed with blow-drying.
- For dry hair (using heated styling tools): Comb through to distribute evenly throughout hair. Allow the product to completely dry before styling.

This product did not disappoint it made my hair super soft and smooth. How ever I wish I would have known it had the Toasted Vanilla Macadamia Milk fragrance. The only complaint I have on this product is the bottle. It is very hard to pump. But if that's the only complaint then it must be a very good product. I just have my husband spray it in my hair for me! :)

I don't use heat products on my hair very often. But I do love the qualities of this heat, protective and styling mist. It leaves my hair, soft and shiny with lots of body and waves that stay. I think this is an excellent product. I recommend it.
