You must shake super-well before using. The bi-phase formula contains powders to help absorb oil and refresh hair (and the visible separation and settling you see in the bottle is normal). Section damp or sweaty hair and apply 2 to 4 pumps about 6 inches away from roots. Use it where you need it the most - those areas of the hair that are damp or sweaty. Let sit for 15 to 30 seconds, then shake out with fingers or brush through. To dry even faster, blow-dry on cool. For Fine hair, start with 1 to 2 spritzes per section. Brush hair before and after applying to ensure product is evenly distributed. Shake well between spritzes.
PRO TIPS: Use a towel to absorb excess sweat where hair's damp from a workout, usually at the roots, in the nape, and behind the ears. Then, shake and spray hair in sections.

I'm a runner who unfortunately was not blessed with the low sweat genes, and I sweat so much through my head that people have literally commented on my hair being so wet after runs (sorry). I tried this after seeing a recommendation on instagram, and it WORKS! I have thin, fine hair that I try not to wash every day, but I have to be in office twice a week, so sometimes it's dry shampoo. This worked so well! My hair normally looks flat and oily after a few hours when I use dry shampoo, which defeats the purpose, but it looked great all day with this, and seemed to get re-activated when I went for a walk at lunch in 92 degrees (so more head sweat lol). I also don't really notice a strong smell, but it did definitely leave a little residue in my hair (which might just be user error on the first time). Definitely being added to my gym bag!

I am absolutely loving the Prêt-à-powder Post Workout Dry Shampoo Mist. It is a total lifesaver for my busy mornings after the gym. My daughter and I both used this and did not like how our hair felt afterwards. Hair felt stiff almost and tangled easy. Im returning it and going back to my other dry shampoo.

I saw a video of a fitness girly. And she recommened this. I finally bouth it becauase it was on sale. 35$ for a little crazy but i see the hype. It really works. After the gym i be sweating so much that i look like i just got out the shower. Ewww. Anyway i try the dry shampoo and my hair and scalp felt amazing ! And idk what are people talking about the smell. It smells amazing. Truly recommend.
