You must shake super-well before using. The bi-phase formula contains powders to help absorb oil and refresh hair (and the visible separation and settling you see in the bottle is normal). Section damp or sweaty hair and apply 2 to 4 pumps about 6 inches away from roots. Use it where you need it the most - those areas of the hair that are damp or sweaty. Let sit for 15 to 30 seconds, then shake out with fingers or brush through. To dry even faster, blow-dry on cool. For Fine hair, start with 1 to 2 spritzes per section. Brush hair before and after applying to ensure product is evenly distributed. Shake well between spritzes.
PRO TIPS: Use a towel to absorb excess sweat where hair's damp from a workout, usually at the roots, in the nape, and behind the ears. Then, shake and spray hair in sections.

I was gifted by bumble and bumble for my review . This post workout spray is pretty great . It's a nice sized little bottle . It sprays well without clogging . It had a very nice shampoo floral scent to it. It dries pretty quickly and then you can feel the powder part of it slightly . It didn't leave any white residue on my hair . This stuff is great for day 1 or 2 hair but if you are like me , my hair gets dirty quick and if you are on day 3 or 4 , this isn't going to cut it . It's a nice refresh and adds volume, scent and soaks up the excess oils .

I tried Bumble and bumbles "post workout dry shampoo mist" and it took a bit to work out. I first tried it after a workout when my hair was hot and sweaty, it left my hair a mess. I tried it again (after reading the instructions). I brushed my hair out, then sprayed my hair in section the same as traditional dry shampoo, let it dry and then brushed it through and it felt amazing but too much extra effort for me. Would not recommend. I received this product for free from Bumble and Bumble for testing and review purposes.

I use this product after workouts and sweating to Freshen my hair! It works great! It lifts all the sweat and oil from my hair and makes it look like it was just washed! The only issue was the scent! : I received this product for free from Bumble and bumble for testing and review purposes.

I was super excited to try the product….but I was not impressed. I have colored treated, fine to medium 4A/4B hair. I tried this several times with and without heat. For me, using heat daily is not ideal… although the results were somewhat more ideal. Without heat, it really just added scent to my hair. I didnt notice any real absorption of sweat or odor. I used Bumble and Bumble post workout dry shampoo mist multiple times and it's not for me Unfortunately, it seemed to be great at first, but within an hour or so my hair looked worse than it did to start with. Also, I'm not a fan of the smell.I received this product for free from Bumble and bumble for testing and review purposes.
