You must shake super-well before using. The bi-phase formula contains powders to help absorb oil and refresh hair (and the visible separation and settling you see in the bottle is normal). Section damp or sweaty hair and apply 2 to 4 pumps about 6 inches away from roots. Use it where you need it the most - those areas of the hair that are damp or sweaty. Let sit for 15 to 30 seconds, then shake out with fingers or brush through. To dry even faster, blow-dry on cool. For Fine hair, start with 1 to 2 spritzes per section. Brush hair before and after applying to ensure product is evenly distributed. Shake well between spritzes.
PRO TIPS: Use a towel to absorb excess sweat where hair's damp from a workout, usually at the roots, in the nape, and behind the ears. Then, shake and spray hair in sections.

I was gifted Bumble and Bumble Post Workout Dry Shampoo Mist for my honest opinion... I really wanted to love Bumble and Bumble Post Workout Dry Shampoo Mist, but I have mixed feelings.. The scent is incredible and fresh, and leaves my hair smelling great, but the performance fell short. Instead of absorbing sweat and oil, the spray left my hair feeling weighed down and greasy a couple of hours after using. I think the spray is great for the fragrance and refreshing my hair, but I don't like the way it makes my hair feel.

I used this after working out and showering, on towel dried hair. For reference, I have fine hair - but a LOT of it - and it is mid-back length and naturally straight. My hair is also chemically treated (very blond) every 8 weeks. I usually use my go-to dry shampoo after blow-drying my hair but decided to give this a go instead. I was not a fan of the scent - but it does wear off (or I stopped noticing it) within 30 minutes. I applied this from roots to tip - and I don't normally apply anything to my roots other than dry shampoo as my hair tends to get weighed down easily. After applying, I used a wide-toith comb to evenly distribute it and then blow dried my hair as normal. It actually gave my hair some body/fullness and it looked fresh-washed even though I had only rinsed the sweat out. I wish they would make it in another scent but other than that, it worked well for my hair! I tried this after showering, before drying my hair. I have fine hair, but a LOT of it, and it is mid-back length. My hair is also chemically treated (very blond). I put this in my hair mid-length to ends - I don't add any product to my roots as my hair is prone to being weighed down. Then I dried as normal and styled once completely dry. I loved the clean scent of this product and the fact that it did not weigh my hair down and did not feel sticky. I feel like my beach waves/curls lasted all day, too, which is unusual for my fine hair - and the only thing I've changed is adding this product to my routine! I have now added this to my daily hair routine! I received this product for free from Bumble and bumble for testing and review purposes.
