Prep works excellent as a layering product for texture and volume. My hair is poker straight and very fine, and I can actually get my hair to hold curl with Prep. My hair doesnt fall flat throughout the day either, which is great.

I've used a few detanglers in the past and they've all been subpar. This one smells clean, it doesnt weigh my hair down or look greasy and it works! It even works on my ragdoll child who I have to wrangle every morning to brush their hair and it's been without a fight. I used this product on my towel dried hair after I shampooed and conditioned my hair. The product is lightweight. It doesn't have a terrible and strung smell. it does leave my hair a little greasy looking especially near my roots

I've been using the Bumble and bumble Prep Primer in the morning before styling, and it's become one of my favorite steps. The mist feels light and refreshing on my hair and scalp - never heavy, sticky, or oily. Unfortunately this prep detangling hair primer didn't work for me. I was expecting it will help detangle my hair, but I didn't see any difference with using it.
