• Remove any nail polish, nail art, and accessories from your feet. Cleanse your feet thoroughly and towel dry.
• Take out a pair of exfoliation wraps and sticker tabs.
• Cut the top portion (about 1/3 inch) of each wrap with scissors to remove the seals.
• In a seated posture, place your feet inside the wraps and secure with sticker tabs around your ankles.
• Relax for 60 minutes, then remove and rinse your feet thoroughly with warm water.
• Note: In a few days, the dead skin cells will begin to exfoliate. Do not force the exfoliation process by peeling or scrubbing.
• For best results, take a warm foot bath each evening. Depending on skin type, each individual may experience varying levels of exfoliation.
