Most Helpful Positive Review Only over the counter product that works for my rosacea
This calming cleanser is the first one that you can actually see work immediately. I have rosacea and very fair skin, I was previously using Clinique's Redness Solution, which gave me painful, persistent acne across my cheeks. With P&L's calming cleanser and the Luxe Oil, my face was significantly less red after the first wash and the acne was gone within a couple days. It keeps my rosacea way calmer than anything else ever has, and my normally oily skin apparently just wasn't hydrated enough, that's gotten was better too. It's a little on the expensive side but for the people who say one bottle doesn't even last a month, I think they're using too much? This only has a mild lather, so if you're expecting more than that I think it's easy to use more than you need. I use it to wash morning & evening and I've been using the same bottle for 2 months and still have a bit left. I will say, if you have to remove make-up, this won't fully do that, I take mine off with micellar water and then wash with P&L, which works great. I will definitely keep using this and I really hope Ulta continues to carry it.
Most Helpful Critical Review Not a fan.
I used this product for a while now and I am sorry to say that I do not like it at all. The smell reminds me of the wash I use for my dog, I'm NOT bashing them or anything because the smell it just an orange smell but it reminds of my dogs wash. Also, it's a gel cleanser and in my opinion it doesn't not cleanse my skin AT ALL. I do like the company and their mission and I will definitely try other products from them, it's just that this product is a failure for me personally. Now that's just my story and my opinion that doesn't mean that it doesn't work for everyone. I received this product complimentary for testing purposes. Most of the time when people receive a complimentary product they feel they have to give a good review, but I don't feel that way because plenty of women that are just like me base their decision to purchase products based on customer reviews and I do not want to mislead anyone.

For such a subpar cleanser. Don't believe the k-beauty hype. Instead, look at the quality of the ingredients.
Awesome for Oily Skin
Ella from West Virginia
Let me start out by saying I didn't want to like this product. I thought the whole "natural with one thousand plant extracts" thing was gimmicky and I never would have bought it myself. I received a decent sized sample in another order and packed it for a camping trip. Liked it so much (against my will lol) that I purchased a full bottle and I'm now on my third. It doesn't really foam (just emulsifies), but that is how I like my cleansers. I have very oily skin and this gets it clean without stripping it. Sorry to everyone in the comments who said it wasn't properly cleaning their face, but they are either used to a foaming cleanser stripping their face squeaky clean or they didn't cleanse long enough. If you have oily sensitive skin, def give this one a try.
An ok cleanser
Julia from Minnesota
This product definitely stood out to me when trying the discovery kit from peach and Lily. The texture of the cleanser is really nice, smooth, soft, and almost velvety feeling on the skin. I thought it did a good job cleansing the face without stripping the skin, feeling tight or unclean. I got a small amount from the kit that didn't last me very long so I think I would have to repurchase this again and try it out for longer to see results. Overall I thought it did a great job for what it is, definitely a bit pricey but does the job and is really nice if you can afford it.

This is a great facial cleanser for anyone really, even those with super sensitive skin. I have oily, acne prone skin (not sensitive) and it didn't break me out. It's a very soothing, calming cleanser and just feels nice when you use it. It's a bit expensive for what it is, but definitely worth a try especially if you get it on sale like I did.
Great for sensitive skin.

I love this cleanser! I have very sensitive skin, and this cleanser makes my skin feel clean without irritation. I will definitely buy again.
Felicia from CA
I bought this cleanser because I wanted a good overall gel/water based cleanser. I already loved the rest of the line, so I thought why not. I wasn't expecting much from a cleanser but now I think I'm on my 3rd bottle of it because it's just so nice. I really enjoy the smell, it makes my skin feel very clean, and I don't feel tight after I dry my face. It feels soothing and hydrating on my dry skin and is a great 1st step in my nightly process. I went and got a cheaper gel cleanser one time when I ran out, and after a few uses of that one, immediately ran back to this. It's worth it!
My FAVE cleanser EVER!!
Jackie from San Francisco, CA
I LOVE this gel cleanser, I got this when it was 1/2 off during an ulta 21 days special and I finally broke it out and have been loving it. I have normal, dehydrated skin and I use this as my second cleanse and it is gentle, hydrating and not stripping. It also has no scent and not irritating on the skin or eyes. I would buy this again and recommend to everyone!!

It removes my makeup cleans it like feels like gel doesn't foam
Does not cleanse well
NYC_cat from NYC
Does not foam up well and does not give you a clean feeling. I had to rewash my face with another cleanser to be sure. Don't see a point of having this in your routine.

Dried my skin out
So sad this didn't work for me
Abby from GA
This is the type of product I usually use I terms of ingredient profile, so I thought it would be fine. It stripped my skin so badly (even in the shower after I rinsed it off my skin felt dry and tight), and it caused a huge acne flare up on my chin and jawline where I normally only get hormonal acne 2x a month, and it wasn't that time. It cleaned my skin, but it also made it awful in the process. Switched over to the La Roche Posay Toleraine Hydrating cleanser and my skin is happy again. Unfortunately natural doesn't always mean gentle, which I'm learning the hard way because the 'clean' stuff has worked for me for years.
Hydrating and lasts
Kimmy from Omaha
This lasted me almost a year because it spreads and lathers so well and super hydrating and doesn't dry my skin out
K-Beauty Never Fails
MStr7 from Madison, WI
I have yet to try K-beauty that doesn't work. Peach and Lily is no exception. This cleanser will help keep your skin clear and give you fast results. It lathers really nicely and a little goes a long way. If you do use this, definitely use it with the Peach and Lily Exfoliating Toner, Matcha Pudding Antioxidant Cream, and
Glass Skin serum if you want all the benefits you can get.
Not for acne-prone skin!
Heather from Minneapolis, MN
Was recommended to me by an employee after my last cleanser was discontinued. I typically use glycolic-based cleansers because I need exfoliation for my acne-prone skin, and this was a big 180. None of the key ingredients in this are particularly effective for me. Super gentle and did not cause irritation/breakouts that wouldn't have happened otherwise, but not tough enough on acne at all. I consider it the equivalent to washing with just water.
The only facial cleanser I use!!!
Paige from TX
Been using for over a year and never ever fails me!!! I've had people tell me to change up my products over time… buuuuut, this cleanser is NUMBER 1!!!
BTW: I have combination skin and acne prone skin!
Effective and gentle on sensitive skin
Liz from New Hampshire
I got this because my skin was breaking out in small bumps all over which it had never done before. My skin on my face was freaking out in general, getting red and dry. This cleanser was the perfect thing to combat all the issues I was having. I switch between a couple different washes and cleansers depending on the season and what my skin is like. This cleanser is great for someone with sensitive skin and doesn't want something that is too aggressive, nor will make your face dry after using. It also does not cause my face to become oily either which is an issue I have as well. Extremely great product 👌🏽
Nice and clean without over drying
Elizabeth from California
I have normal to combination skin with occasional hormonal acne. I use this as my morning face wash, usually followed by other Peach & Lily products (essence, serum, moisturizer). For me, it seems like a fairly gentle cleanse. It doesn't make my skin feel dry, and I haven't noticed any breakouts from it. I enjoy the scent—for me it's light and fresh. I'm the evening I use something else that's a little stronger to pair with my thicker night moisturizer.
Jackie from Boston
This lathers up very well! I have sensitive skin, and this product doesn't dry out my face whatsoever. It's my everyday go-to face wash :)
It's my own dumb fault
Jen from GR
The description mentions "fragrance free," and "non-irritating" so many times that it didn't even occur to me yo check for essential oils. My eyes are still watering. My skin isn't dirty though, so there's that I guess.
Not for my sensitive skin
Shay from Florida
Loved the texture, loved the clean but not dried out/tight feel. However a few days into using it I broke out in hives immediately upon applying it to my face. I don't know what triggered it, but it is not suitable for my sensitive skin apparently.
So so good
Lis from North Carolina
This gel cleanser left my skin clean without leaving it dry. I found the scent nice and overall the experience with this cleanser was easy. I have oily acne prone skin and I'm not really used to gel cleansers but I ended up loving this one.
Nice Cleanser but Drying
Sexypea48 from Colorado Springs, CO
I am on the hunt for a cleanser that will not dry out my skin. After reading reviews I decided to purchase the trial size to see if this would work and had high hopes because it seems to be marketed to those with dry and sensitive skin. It does a good job of cleaning my face but 5 minutes after using it my face feels tight and uncomfortable. Unless I follow up with moisturizing toner or essence immediately, it's too drying! I will not repurchase.
Nice formula, bad scent
SM from Virginia
I'm torn on this product. It performs quite well as a gentle cleanser (I use it as a 2nd step in a double cleanse). It is not drying for my normal to dry skin. I struggle with the fragrance. I am not against fragrance in a cleanser as I wash it off. However, it is the specific scent I dislike. It reminds me a lot of rosemary which I cannot stand. I'm sure that this won't impact most people, but I'm having a hard time using it - even for the minute it's on my face.
Gabby from South Carolina
I have tried sooo many cleansers and this is the only one that stopped breakouts, got all my makeup off, and didn't dry out my skin. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is I feel this is similar to Glossiers jelly cleanser but more expensive. I have bought on sale 3 times now and would buy again
One of my Faves
Jen from Florida, USA
I am addicted to double cleansing. i have about 7 cleansers at any given time. Naturium, Krave, Glossier, Farmacy, Clean it Zero...etc. Double cleansing is a few minutes of zen for me. This cleanser is one of my favorites. You need very little...the directions say dime size, I say half that even. Its smooth and slick and feels luxurious. I have dry skin (I'm 56) and this cleanser never makes my skin tight. I rarely write reviews, but I seriously love this cleanser.
