Not against it
The first time I used this, I had nothing on under it, which was my intention when I bought it. I applied with my fingers and felt like it sat on top of my skin and I could see the pores. Runny and poor color
My first use and it dribbled everywhere and ruined a shirt. The color was very off and almost Barbie like with no depth and just sat on my skin and emphasized any texture. Quite unflattering and will not come out of the shirt I was wearing.
Don't trust Ulta reviews
I was really excited to try this tinted moisturizer, especially based on all the positive reviews, but it completely missed the mark for me. The color was horrible (not as expected at all), the coverage was almost nonexistent, and it offered none of the listed benefits. It clung to every tiny dry patch, accentuated fine lines, and highlighted texture I didn't even know I had. This might work for very young, perfectly smooth skin, but it's definitely not flattering for anyone over 30. Disappointing overall.
Not for mature skin
I liked the texture and finish of this product, but unfortunately after a couple of hours it was very patchy and clung to my fine lines and dry patches. I'm sure it will look great on younger skin, but it did not do well on my 55 year old skin. And for context, I have a very good skincare regime, so can't blame the result on lack of skin prep.
I Almost Returned This
I had run out of my IT Cosmetics CC cream and thought I would try this instead. I got it and got cold feet after reading some of the reviews about it being super glowy and decided to order more IT Cosmetics, so I was going to return this. I decided to just go ahead and try it and, man, am I glad I did. I actually wish I hadn't purchased the other foundation, but I'm not upset because I will still use it. I just could have saved some money because I really love the way this makes my skin look and feel. It also pairs great with setting powder (I use Laura Mercier translucent) and setting spray has this locked in on my skin. I don't feel like I have this on at all. I love it.
Dewy finish light coverage
I only really need to cover up redness and this tinted moisurizer has enough coverage for that. I really like the shade i matched with and i like the glowy finish. Spf 20 isnt really enough spf for the summer but i think its fine for the winter when im mostly inside.
