Prepare for your treatment by soaking feet in warm still water for 5-10 minutes. Next, open the foot mask socks by separating the outer layer from the inner cotton layer. Pour the activating essence into one of the foot mask socks and evenly distribute along the inside of the cotton lining. Place your foot inside the sock and seal with attached closure. Repeat for the other foot. Wear for 60 minutes (or up to 90 minutes if greater exfoliation is desired). Remove socks and discard. Thoroughly rinse and dry feet.
Progressive peeling action will commence in approximately 3-7 days. (Extremely callused feet may take longer.
Use PoshPeel Pedi Cure once every 60-90 days, or as needed.

I've never used a foot peel product before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I left the booties on for an hour - it definitely burned/stung the arch of my feet and the tops a little bit by the end, nothing unbearable. I rinsed it, and after a couple hours my feet felt fine. Peeling took probably 5-6 days to start, before peeling my feet felt crinkly. Not dry, exactly, but I could tell the skin was getting ready. Peeling lasted about a week - my heels and the ball of my feet by my pinkies were disasters prior to using this. I scrubbed them in the shower each night, put on cream, and socks for bed. My feet look BRAND NEW. Everything is so soft, the severe cracking I had isn't totally gone but they look so good - barely there.
